LaMesa West - an 80(mol)acre, 400 home site addition to the City of Enid. Lamesa West was completed by the mid 70's with brick veneer homes in excess of the covenent required 1100 sq ft minimum.
7 Pines - Begun in the mid 70's this 80 (mol) acre tract provides homes for about 400 Enid families. The residnetal sites were "built-out by the mid to late 70's. The original site plan included condiminiums , now 7 Pines Village, apartment complexes (Sandpiper Apartments), a bank facility and a corner retail/commercial site at the intersection of Oakwood and Randolph.
Thousand Oaks - A rural development featuring 1 acre+ sites set in the rolling andl blackjack oak covered hills Northwest of Enid. Begun in the late 70's the site was 90% "built-out" by the early 80's.
Chestnut West - An early 80's development featuring moderatley priced brick veneer homes. Though mostly compelete by the mid 80's construction on a few remaining sites continues today.
Chestnut Village - A mid 90's development that includes single family homes and condominium sites. Bordering the Pheasant Run golf course, this community was completed by the late 1990's.
Pheasant Run East and West - Northwest Oklahoma's only golfing community. The original 160 (mol) acre Planned Urban Development tract includes an upscale development that surrounds an 18 hole links style Golf Course. The site also includes a retirement center, Apartment Complex sites, Commercial and special use sites.
Willow Springs - A 160(mol) acre rural development that features 10 acres home-sites. Begun in mid 2005, the site is currently under development with nearly half of the available sites built on or Sold.
