Nicholas Investment Company began in 1960 with an investment in a 3 acre strip of land at the intersection of a dirt road and 2 lane state highway. Today we've grown to include 6 retail centers in 4 Oklahoma communities, plus a wide variety of other Real Estate holdings including Residential, all types of Commercial and Industrial properties. Nicholas Investment Company is involved in nearly every facet of Real Estate industry. We've been integral in Enid Oklahoma's growth, developing seven residential neighborhoods in the city's northwest quadrant. Those developments account for roughly 15% of Enid, Oklahoma's single family housing in that northwest quadrant. Two of Enid's Industrial parks, Sooner Energy Center and Trails West were established and developed by NIC.
